At Best Friends Mercantile, we want you to love every item you purchase. Please review our store policies below before placing your order.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Have all original tags and packaging attached
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or use
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Seasonal or holiday items
- Sale or discounted items
- Food, treats, or consumable products
- Personal care or grooming products once opened or used
- Items marked final sale
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please fill out our Contact Form or contact us before sending items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Please include your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
In-Store Pickup Returns
Orders picked up in store follow the same return guidelines and timelines outlined above.
